About Us Gardner Homes has built homes in Anne Arundel County for over twenty years. Beginning in 1985, Gardner Contracting, Inc. began work on remodeling jobs and custom homes largely on individually owned lots. Under the ownership of Mike and Nancy Gardner, the company steadily gained a favorable reputation for quality home building across the county. In the late 1990’s, the newly named Gardner Homes began work on Solomons Ridge, a community of twenty custom homes in Millersville. Following the success of that community, Gardner Homes has continued to establish its reputation with subsequent homes, notably within the newest development, Solomons Woods. Plans for the future include other possible developments in the Millersville and Severna Park area as well as the vacation community of Overlook Ridge, consisting of over 30 units on Deep Creek Lake with boat slips and lake frontage.
