We provide our customers with quality homes tailored to specific homeowner needs by establishing a personal relationship with the Homeowner throughout the customized building process.  We build homes based on homeowners specifications that range from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, working closely with the Homeowners to incorporate their needs and desires.  

 In addition to building custom homes, Gardner Homes offers a variety of other services, including large remodeling projects, indoor/exterior renovations, additions, etc.  We work to provide complete design built services and offer suggestions to the homeowner based on twenty years of experience on building and improving their home. 

Working closely with the customer, we ensure that every step of the building process is made as simple and efficient as possible by communicating with the customer throughout the entire process.  We hold frequent meetings with the Homebuyer and maintain constant communication using Buildlinks, a website for builders that connects the customer to the builder with calendars, selections, pictures, and e-mail, helping the Homeowner to monitor progress and approve selections from their computer.
